You’ve Got Questions - I’ve Got Answers

will my insurance cover my visit?

At this time Seedling Pediatric PT is not in network with any insurance providers. Please check back as that may change in the future. Appropriate paperwork is available to submit to your insurance to seek reimbursement.

where are you located?

Seedling Pediatric PT is a concierge physical therapy service. That means that I come to the most appropriate setting for the treatment to take place. For most children, their own home is the place where they learn, play, and grow so it is usually the most ideal place.

We can discuss your concerns about setting prior to arranging an evaluation. If a pediatric clinic or outpatient clinic is a better fit for your child's needs I would love to help you find a solution.

when are appointments available?

Please reach out with your questions and concerns. My availability continues to vary, currently evenings and weekends have more availability.

cost?

Infant Massage-Available for individual and group sessions as needed. Typically 4 sessions over 4 weeks, approximately 45-60 minutes each. Please contact for pricing.

An evaluation and each treatment are slotted to be 60 minutes each with flexibility for more time as needed. There are times when an evaluation with some "homework" of exercises and activities will be all that is needed to get you comfortable with helping your child continue to thrive. Please Contact for pricing.

With the rising cost of insurance, Seedling PT is confident that we are able to offer our best services as cash pay at this time. We will be able to supply you with paperwork so that your costs can be applied to your deductible.

do I need a referral/prescription from my child's Doctor?

No. At this time you are able to have a physical therapy evaluation done without an initial referral from your child's pediatrician. After we meet and discuss your concerns we can form a plan. If more visits are needed a prescription will be required for continued treatment.

can visits occur over video chat?

YES! All services are available via video chat. There are times when in person visits are more appropriate but video chat gives me the opportunity to see you interact with your child, assess how your child is moving, hear your concerns and formulate a plan to help you help your child. The best way to determine what will work for your family is a quick phone consult to discuss your concerns and needs.
